Louann Wilcock is the owner/operator of LouannDesigns. She has been a graphic designer since 1986 and a web designer since 1994.

There wasn’t a lot to design back then.

However, this has given her a chance to watch the World Wide Web grow and change in the ways she hoped it would and the ways no one could have imagined. Be careful out there!
